Also, two bedrooms in the annex, which will not be rented alone, but in addition to the main rental if your group is made up of 6 to 8 people
This means that you will benefit from all the amenities of the main gîte, swimming pool, spa, billiards, darts, kitchen, living room, TV, WiFi, etc.
These two bedrooms have their own entrance and private bathroom. Not having air conditioning but a very good level of comfort, the price will therefore be lower.
Therefore, by combining the rental of the two lodgings, the average overnight stay will be decreasing.
